To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, all sales are final on Sauce Bae food items including our hot sauce and raw honey. We cannot accept returns, even if unopened.
Non-food items, such as Sauce Bae apparel, may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags intact. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for your return. In the event that an item is returned in unsuitable condition or outside of the 14-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you wish these items returned to you, we will request that you cover the delivery cost.
Refunds to your card can take 9-14 business days to complete. For purchases made with a card through PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days, per their policy.
If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to info@saucebae.com with your order number and pictures of your damaged goods and we will either replace the damaged item(s) or issue an appropriate refund for those items. You must notify us of any problems within 10 days of receiving a damaged shipment.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service immediately at info@saucebae.com with your order number and the correct address.
Orders may be cancelled prior to being shipped. Once an order ships, we can no longer cancel that order.
